Centre of Excellence in Production Informatics and Control

Deliverables

Scientific articles

At least two scientific papers on the thematic of EPIC will be written by the consortium as part of this task.

Press releases

One element of the public engagement strategy of EPIC is given by press releases. At least 3 such releases are foreseen

Project web-page

The project’s official website is to be the linking point between EPIC partners and outer communities. A basic principle for the site development is the requirement to be content rich, up-to-date, easy to navigate. An Intraweb facility for sharing of internal documents by consortium members will be provided as well. The task also includes developing the visual identity of the project (logo, headers etc.). First release of the public site is planned for beginning of month 2; updates will follow the project evolution.

Dissemination Report

The EPIC Consortium will prepare a dissemination and exploitation plan related to the planned Centre of Excellence containing the following elements (synchronized with relevant WP2 tasks): • Identification and classification of target stakeholders to be addressed; • The dissemination methods and their specific associated activities, respectively sustainability actions; • Schedule and complementarily of the dissemination activities among partners; • Individual dissemination and exploitation plans.

Templates for deliverables, dissemination activities, financial reports, activity reports, agendas, meeting minutes, slides

Monitoring and reporting activities are incorporated in the project development phases, as they are considered essential for the timely accomplishment of the tasks proposed. Structures (templates) for the different circulated documents/reports will be provided: deliverables, dissemination activities, financial reports, activity reports, agendas, meeting minutes, presentation slides templates, work packages’ status form and risk analysis form. In addition, for accurate communication and record keeping, standards for naming digital files will be provided as well.
