Legal structure description – interimA preliminary report concerning a proposed legal structure of WCE, which will enable the successful realization of WCE objectives, placing the developed organizational structure of WCE into a legal framework.
Exploitation and dissemination planA report on the rules for handling the knowledge generated by WCE, its exploitation routes and including the determination whether the information should be disseminated or protected – establishing the paths for successful protection when necessary (by means of patenting and right protection) and a strategy of knowledge dissemination, including respective means such as journals, conferences, training/education programs.
Report on cooperation rules – joint WCE managementA report on the general rules regarding the cooperation between project Partners on management and supervision of WCE activities, including detailed role of each Partner in supporting WCE development, outlining relevant organisational means and procedures, especially the means for resolving potential conflicts.
Report on major research areas of the largest growth potential and competitionA report concerning the analysis of worldwide, European and national markets in the areas relating to the research topics addressed in the mission of WCE. It will point at the advantages that have to be attained by the WCE in order to be fully competitive on both scientific and commercial levels and at research areas that have the highest growth potential.
Report on WCE mission, organisation and strategy planA report concerning the formulation of detailed mission of WCE, the organization structure that will ensure its realization and the strategy plan for its implementation. The mission will show the directions of WCE development, its research focus and potential routes for the exploitation of WCE generated knowledge.
Report on standardization, ethics and gender issuesA report on major global, European and national standards which should be observed during WCE operations, including certification and authorizations where required. A draft of regulations and rules necessary to observe ethic and gender issues, and the necessary training in ethics will also be included.
Final project management reportA final report summarizing all the management efforts during the project, and all the financial and administrative issues, including organization of meetings and realization of all WPs.
Report on WCE managementA report concerning management structure for WCE, basing on Partners’ experience and legal requirements, including both strategic and operational management. The management bodies of all the levels will be described.
Science and Research PlanA plan of science and research activities of WCE, defining the areas that will be pursued by WCE in order to fully exploit its infrastructure and the expertise of all project partners, taking into account the results of the market analysis.
Report on cooperation rules – projectsA report on the general rules regarding the cooperation between project Partners in the future research and development projects realized by WCE.
Legal structure description – complete, incl. draft documentsA final report concerning a legal structure of WCE which will enable successful realization of WCE objectives, placing the developed organizational structure of WCE into a legal framework. It will include drafts of all necessary documents regulating the management of WCE and the work of its supervisory bodies.
