CREATIONS online Communities Support Environment 1The CREATIONS Communities Support Environment will provide tools for community building and support. It will aim to encourage the cooperation between teachers, students and researchers and to create an online experience that engages educators in sharing their best science teaching practices. The communication facilities of the CREATIONS online Communities Support Environment will become available already in M1 to support the online participatory engagement activities (T4.3) and the Visionary Workshops (M3-M8). The first full release will be on M4.
Validation Instruments and feedback toolsA range of tools of different degree of openness will be created (e.g. questionnaires, web tools, interviews, feedback sessions during workshops and group discussions) in order for the consortium to have an extensive feedback from users that have interacted with the project’s innovations in different educational environments.
Report on Phase C Implementation Activities (National Level)This report will document the Phase C Implementation Activities at national level.
Information material (final)DVDs, posters, leaflets, project electronic newsletter as well as users’ guides and support materials for the implementation of inquiry based techniques in everyday school practice and for using eScience applications will be produced and distributed. The dissemination materials will be available in at least 6 languages (English, French, German, Spanish, Greek and Portuguese).
Localized Implementation PlansThe Implementation Plan will be adjusted and customised to the local circumstances of each country and/or context in terms of school curriculum area, specific learning objectives pursued, available school infrastructures, initiatives linked to CERN that are of national or local level, ICT literacy, background of educators, various cultural issues, etc. Each localized implementation plan will exemplify the general strategy adopted by the project, translating it into a concrete plan of actions for the take up of promoting the school-research center collaboration.
Users Needs and Task AnalysisThis deliverable will document the work done in the framework of task T4.1, mainly the development of users’ needs and task analysis.
Report on Phase B Implementation Activities (National Level)This report will document the Phase B Implementation Activities at national level.
Validation Report (Final)Preparation of the final report which will include a description of the actions carried out and mainly an analysis of the findings from the validation process. The final report will include the results of all stages of testing and validation.
A framework for identifying creative best practices in inquiry-based science educationThis deliverable will present the process and the framework to identify best practices. By building on the best of current practice, the CREATIONS approach aims to take us beyond the constraints of present structures of schooling toward a shared vision of creativity and excellence.

The features of inquiry learning: theory, research and practiceThis deliverable will present all the needed features of creativity in education and inquiry learning. The main literature will be analysed so to conclude with a set of features, which will include the aspects of creativity in science education (12 principles) and the IBSE model.

Schools- Research Centers Collaboration Future Challenges ReportThis deliverable is the outcome of the process described in Task 4.2, together with the outcomes of stakeholders’ visionary workshops (Task 4.3),a thought-provoking document. In and of itself, the material generated through this work will provide a rich resource for educators, outreach groups and others interested in exploring potential future trajectories for effective school-research center collaboration.
Assessment and Validation PlanThe plan corresponds to the work performed in task Task 6.1 and consists of a detailed plan that will present the assessment and validation methodology, the validation activities that will take place as well as the tasks, timetables and expected results of each of these activities.
Presentations and publications (final)The consortium will make an exact plan so the results of the project can be presented in numerous conferences and workshops in Europe and beyond (e.g. EPS, GIREP, ESERA, EPOG). Upon the delivery of the first project results, papers will be submitted to scientific journals and magazines focusing on innovative learning environments, tools and applications used for teaching/promoting science in secondary level education.

Effective learning environments for inquiry learning and teachingThis deliverable will present the characteristics of learning environments that support teaching science by creativity-enriched inquiry. The purpose of the deliverable is to demonstrate how science media can contribute to the educational procedure.
CREATIONS online Communities Support Environment 2The second deliverable of the CREATIONS Online Communities Support Environment covering the first two phases of Inclusion and Engagement Activities (Visionary M3-M8 & Practice, Reflection M13-M21) will be released on M24.
Professional development of Educators: Considerations and strategiesThis deliverable will present the results of the survey that will be integrated in order to create the profile of the science educator we want to have, the effective science educator’s profile and the strategies to achieve it.
Effective Ways of Introducing Schools in Scientific ResearchThis deliverable will offer a structured set of recommendations that will form the reference for a pan European roadmap for the introduction of scientific activities in schools. The roadmap, offered in all partnerships’ languages will be made available both in hard copy format and electronic format from the project website.
Report on Phase C Implementation Activities (Local Level)This report will document the Phase C Implementation Activities at local level.
Implementation PlanThis deliverable will be the main outcome of the work that will be performed in the framework of task T5.1. It will include a concrete and detailed implementation plan, which will constitute the methodological and practical guide of action for the whole period of large scale pilot implementation and validation on the field. The plan will define a concrete set of activities on the field, and the corresponding mechanisms for monitoring and corrective action. Pilot activities will be designed to take place at schools but also at teacher training centers, universities and research centers.
Dissemination and Exploitation PlanThis deliverable will describe the relevant partners’ responsibilities, the dissemination activities and timetable, along with the dissemination potential of the expected results from the consortium partners. Mutual cooperation between the strategic partners will be arranged and potential strategic alliances will also be identified. The dissemination plan will include: the identification of the project audience and strategic objectives, the dissemination tools and channels, as well as a description and timetable of regular dissemination activities.
Guidelines and Support MaterialsGuidelines and Supporting Materials for Teachers and Research Center Outreach groups: The project team will develop a series of guidelines and support materials for the Research Centers Outreach groups as well as for the teachers that will be involved in the validation process. The materials will be available in conventional and electronic format (through the project’s website).
The CREATIONS Demonstrators (Initial Release)The Demonstrators will be organised in three main categories, 1) Effective Educational Activities based on Creativity-enriched Inquiry Based Approaches (school based), 2) Educational Activities that promote school – research centre collaboration, 3) Effective Educators Preparation and Professional Development Program. 20 Demonstrators will be developed during this phase.
Project’s websiteIt will be a sustainable service, providing access to high quality information offered by the members of the consortium. It will act as the main “hub” of resources available to the network of stakeholders and will serve as distributor of information and organizer of suitable educational (formal) activities. The website will provide information about the project’s activities and access to a large amount of content in a way that it could be easily retrieved.

Training Workshops - ValidationThis will be a report from the training workshops that will be realised in order to train the local experts. These workshops will take place also in the framework of general consortium meetings with representatives from the partners
