Deciphering the Metabolism of Haematological Cancers


Organization of ATC2

Training in computational methods will be held halfway though the project, training all ESRs in these techniques.

Recruitment ESR

All ESRs will be appointed and in post by the month 9.

Organization of WS3

The final workshop will be held in the last year of the project and will give the ESRs the chance to present their results.

Organization of ATC3

Transcriptomics, epigenetics and drug discovery will be held in the final year of the project.

Organization of WS1

Introduction in cancer cell biology and metabolism will be held at the end of the first year of the project, and will introduce the ESRs to the topics to be covered in the project.

Organization of ATC1

Metabolism and technologies will offer training in metabolic flux analysis techniques, and will be held at the end of the first year of the project.

Organization of WS2

Cancer metabolism will be held at the half-way point of the project, alongside the mid-term meeting, and will introduce the Fellows to the wider field of cancer metabolism.
