This deliverable will summarize the findings of the customer advocate and how they influenced its operation during the whole project. It will provide a list of recommendations to be carefully considered in the operation of the Center of Excellence after the end of the project in order to maximize Customer satisfaction.

Customer Feedback Methodology

This deliverable will detail the questionnaire to be filled by Customers after receiving the service, the process to select which customers to interview and the main topics to address in those interviews, and how will Customer Satisfaction be computed. It will also specify the actual structure of the User Forum General Meetings.

POP Analysis Report

This deliverable will contain a description of the cases analysed during the last six months of the project and a overall technical summary of the codes analysed during the project, including statistics on timings of the analyses, types of problems identified and main recommendations. It will also include a summary of the recommendations for tool developers and programming model standardization bodies that will arise from the project. Task 4.2 and 4.3 will contribute one section each of the deliverable.

Customer Feedback Measurement II

This deliverable will summarize the findings of the customer advocate during the second year of the project. It will include a section reporting on the second and third User Forum meetings. It will also explicitly state the actual suggestions made to the Customer Advocate to the internal Operational Management meetings of the projects and the Customer Advocate vision of how whether and how such suggestions did influence the actual operation of the POP CoE.

Performance Tuning Workflow developed and published

Derived from the experience made in POP, the general performance tuning workflow has been described and published as a best practice.

POP Proof-of-Concept

This deliverable will contain a description of the proof-of-concept work during the last 6 months of the project, including a public version of the reports and a summary of the findings and recommendations to the customers. It will also include a complete list of recommendations for tool developers and programming model standardization bodies that may arise from the studies performed during the entire project as well as recommendations from mock-up tests which should be used within future HPC-training activities.

Intermediate POP Use Cases Report

Public report providing overall statistics about Use Cases and associated KPIs as well as a selection of successful and especially motivating use cases.

Second-year Report on Analysis

This deliverable will contain a description of the cases analysed during the second year of the project, including a public version of the reports and a summary the findings and recommendations to the customers. It will also include recommendations for tool developers and programming model standardization bodies that may arise from the studies. Task 4.2 and 4.3 will contribute one section each of the deliverable.

Proof-of Concept work set-up

This deliverable will detail requirements for proof-of-concept work including a list of proposed tools and their requirements, outlines for general application and performance analysis plans similar to the performance audit but which will serve more as a template and will be refined before beginning the Proof-of Concept work on a specific application together with the customer as the work is very application and target specific. The mock-up test-base environment and templates for Proof-of-Concept work documents and reports is set up.

First-year Report on Proof-of-Concept

This deliverable will contain a description of the proof-of-concept work during the first year of the project, including a public version of the reports and a summary of the findings and recommendations to the customers. It will also include recommendations for tool developers and programming model standardization bodies that may arise from the studies as well as recommendations from mock-up tests which should be used within the training activities.

Final POP Use Cases Report

Second public report providing overall statistics about Use Cases and associated KPIs as well as a selection of successful and especially motivating use cases.

Second-year Report on Proof-of-Concept

This deliverable will contain a description of the proof-of-concept work during the second year of the project, including a public version of the reports and a summary of the findings and recommendations to the customers. It will also include recommendations for tool developers and programming model standardization bodies that may arise from the studies as well as recommendations from mock-up tests which should be used within the training activities.

Second Market review

This deliverable will update the market analysis in D3.2 and set out the strategy for continuing to develop POP business over the remainder of the project.
