Conference initial identity

Conference initial identity consists of basic visual materials : logo, color codes, shrift's, usage of formats, samples of badges, templates etc. Conference initial identity deliverable is very short brand book with basic guidelines regarding visual identity.

Conference stationary

Deliverable is all conference stationary materials for conference guests - conference kit, brochure, program, etc what receives each conference guest.

Conference website

Conference website will be main tool for information flow regarding project. Rich with all necessary information , website will bring latest news regarding conference, social media coverage, main information about city.

Press conference

Deliverable is press conference after SIGNATURE OF THE NEW AMENDMENTS OF THE DELEGATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE EU, THE EIB LAUNCHING NEW HORIZON 2020 FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS BY COMMISSIONER MOEDAS AND EIB VICE PRESIDENT.

Conference program

Conference programme created on project main objectives - raise awareness of the potential for the financial instruments and accompanying measures launched under Horizon 2020 to enhance access to finance for research, development and innovation. Conference programme consists of more than 70 high level policy-makers, financial intermediaries and representatives of the research, innovation and business communities, which are represented at the Conference.

Deliverable is all conference sessions record, which is prepared and packaged for review in conference website after conference.

Conference attendee logistics

Deliverable consists of all logistics & security issues regarding conference guests and attendees in the time of conference. It includes VIP services in airport, limousines, bus services, transfers and other issues covered by conference organizers regarding movement of conference guests.

Digital communication flow

All the information regarding conference which is spread out regarding conference in different media channels is content of this deliverable. It includes conference webpage, streaming conference into WWW and other.

Technical equipment and service provided

Delivery consists of all works and activities which are organized for all conference technical services places in and around conference: simultaneous translation, audio, video, streaming into TV, WWW, stage and other technical services.

Registration of conference participants

Registration of qualified conference participants (attendees) is one of conference key issues. Because of high level speakers, there is high demand of many institutions regarding visit of conference, therefore advanced registration system and high level service for conference attendees is required.
