Database of stakeholders and interested parties

Preparation of a database with all stakeholders and interested parties.

Monitroing report system

It will include information about the elements and variables which will be monitored, the used monitoring devices, the system to process the obtained information.

Integration with other energy sources and technologies report

Technical report with the main conclusions of the Task 3.4.

System configuration report

Technical report comparing technical and economical details for different system configuration solution under particular cases.

Legislation reports

Summarizing the main laws and regulations regarding the construction of big thermal storage systems.

Report on storage materials and systems

Describing the different options and materials to store heat. The report will include practical data synthesized in tables about prices, thermal properties, environmental issues, etc. The report will be useful to determinate the most suitable option under different circumstances. Graphical data as decision making diagrams will be developed.

Reference cases report

Including templates for each reference case including all the relevant information (type of building, weather conditions, system sizing, energy performance, investment costs…).

Report on construction techniques

Include information of construction materials of the tank, different options for the internal structure, etc. The report will include some guidance for the correct maintenance of the storage system.

Integration with the electrical system report

Describing different scenarios of penetration of renewable sources and implementation of the system in the national electric grid as well as in local grids. Also it will include the used methodology for the analysis.

Detailed communication and disseminationplan

Preparation of a commiunication and dissemination plan.

Graphical identity of the project

Preparation of logos and creation of a corporate governance for the project.

Website and social media profiles images

Preparation of a website and presentation of the project in social media and web 2.0.

Project leaflet

Preparation of a project leaflet.

6-monthly newsletter

In M6; M12; ;18; M24; M30 and M36; Newsletter with most important information about the project.

Simulation software

Software for developing preliminary system sizing in the pilot cases and other reference cases. The software will allow simulating the integration of other technologies and sources as biomass or solar cooling.
