A NOVEL MULTI-FUNCTION CHAMBER FOR APPLICATION WITHIN THE ELECTRONICS MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY

Objective

The main of this project is to adapt and transfer existing technology, orinally developed for biomedical applications, by Planer Ltd UK to help develop a novel high quality multi-function soldering chamber for use in the electronics manufacturing industry. Primarily this unique product will be a soldering chamber but it will also have application for a number of modes, in particular environmental stress screening of electronic assemblies to determine component, product and design faults.
