This deliverable will provide the dissemination plans for the use of project results and it will present the project’s communication activities. It will be updated periodically.

Submission package

This report will consist for each clinical study (prior to invitation of first study subjects): a.Final version of study protocol as submitted to regulators/ethics committee(s) b.Registration number of clinical study in a WHO- or ICMJE- approved registry and c.Approvals (ethics committees and national competent authority if applicable) required for invitation / enrolment of first subject in at least one clinical centre

Policy suggestions and Best practice guide

A guide regarding the best practices that promote smoking cessation and how these can be applied in large scale. Preliminary policy suggestions on the optimal use of resources in the area of smoking cessation in different environments as based on the results gained from the incremental cost-effectiveness analysis.

For each clinical study: All approvals from ethics committees and national competent authorities (if applicable) of all study sites once the last approval has been received.

Innovation, exploitation and Sustainability plan report (M6/18/36)

This deliverable will provide the exploitation plans for the use of project results, the innovation plan to assure innovation elements of these results and it will present the project’s communication activities. It will be updated periodically. The final version will include the strategy for the sustainability of results after the end of the project

Status of posting results on the registry

Report on the status of the result posting including timelines when final posting of results is scheduled after end of funding period.

App-effectiveness report of the Taiwanese intervention

This document will contain the assessment of the interventions in Taiwan: effectivity of the m-health intervention, motivational messages ratings, mobile app usage statistics, among others will be the evaluated parameters.

3M4Chan Apps in Mandarin (Public health and Clinical versions)

This document will illustrate how the developed apps work. It will contain the screenshots of each section of the app, and a brief explanation of how them work.

Database of pre- and post- intervention EEG measurements and all neurofeedback sessions of all subjects

A detailed database including the anonymized EEG measurements that will be obtained from each participant pre- and post- NF intervention (Pilot 3). This database will include anonymized data for all sessions of each subject along with descriptive statistics with regard to the intervention progress (Pilot 3).

App for Patient, Medical Station and So-Lo-Mo Administration Console

The applications that will be available for the patient, for the medical station and for the administration of the So-Lo-Mo intervention.

App uploaded in the Google Play

The finished apps for the intervention will be uploaded to the public Google Play stores.
