ChiC methodology for good practice identification

This deliverable will present the methodology for the definition of CAPS good practices; it will include an advanced draft of the data gathering instruments (questionnaire, guidelines for focus group and observation activities, etc.) and a clear GANTT of data gathering and analysis activities and deadlines. This deliverable is the main output of task 3.1 and will take advantage of the workshops organized in month 7 (M3.1 and M3.2) with CAPS projects and with experts for validating the methodology.
