Symbiosis of smart objects across IoT environments

Resultado final

symbIoTe Virtual IoT Environment Implementation

This deliverable contains the first release of the high-level symbIoTe API implementation with a wrapper to at least two IoT platforms contributed by symbIoTe partners. It will enable the creation and management of virtual IoT environments across two platforms labeled as Level 1 compliant symbIoTe platforms. The software release will be accompanied by a report and release notes, which describe the main functions and usage guidelines for the delivered software components.

Integrated Prototype and Developed Applications

This deliverable documents the final symbIoTe prototype and the implemented applications running on top of it. This deliverable will serve as the public Documentation of the integrated system and will be adapted to become the official documentation of the Open Source repository of the symbIoTe code.

Final symbIoTe Virtual IoT Environment Implementation

This deliverable contains the final release of the high-level symbIoTe API implementation. The software release will be accompanied by a report and release notes, which describe the main functions and usage guidelines for the delivered software components.

Report on System Integration and Application Implementation

This deliverable documents the up-to-date integrated symbIoTe prototype in detail. Furthermore, D5.2 provides a comprehensive report on the design and implementation of the applications to run on top of the symbIoTe prototype.

symbIoTe Domain-Specific Enablers and Tools

This deliverable is the final release of the software components implementing symbIoTe domain-specific enablers and accompanying tools defined in D2.3. The software release will be accompanied by a report and release notes including usage guidelines for the delivered software components.

Complete Federation Environment

This deliverable brings a solution for a fully implemented and secure symbIoTe federation (level 2 compliant). It includes solutions for resources sharing, federated access and resources roaming needed for level 4 symbIoTe-compliant platforms.

symbIoTe Middleware Implementation

This deliverable contains the release of the software modules implementing key features of the symbIoTe middleware. The software releases are accompanied by release notes, which describe the main functions and usage guidelines for the delivered software components. Specific parts that require IPR protection will be restricted and access to them will be granted under the symbIoTe management control.

Final symbIoTe Middleware Implementation

This deliverable contains the final update on specifications (API, protocols, algorithms) and the software module implementation of key relevant features of the symbIoTe middleware, all described in terms of detailed design and related software package.This deliverable is in the form of a report and a software prototype bundle. The software releases are accompanied by release notes, which describe the main functions and usage guidelines for the delivered software components. Specific parts that require IPR protection will be restricted and access to them will be granted under the symbIoTe management control.

Final Specification of Use Cases and Initial Report on Business Models

This deliverable will provide the final description of the use cases, as well as a first report on the findings of the business analysis. It will document input from T1.1 and T1.2.

Initial Data Management Plan

This deliverable will strictly follow the guidelines on data management in the H2020 Online Manual and translate them into the context of the symbIoTe project.

symbIoTe Trials, Deployments & Assessment

This deliverable is divided in three parts. The first describes the trial planning and design that cover the platform functional requirements and use case implementation. The second one describes the process of deployment of the platform in each use case, detailing the steps and problems to accommodate the system to all the different contexts. Finally, the third part exposes the performed tests in the deployed infrastructures, detailing the raised problems and the obtained results. Taking them into account, possible improvements and fixes are proposed.

symbIoTe End User Validation

The user-centric evaluation of symbIoTe, enables a realistic validation of the overall architecture as well as the concrete implemented use cases. In this sense, the present deliverable outlines user-specific challenges within symbIoTe use case scenarios and validates the prototype and applications against the end user requirements.

Initial Report on Standardization Analysis and Recommendations

The relevant standards for the symbIoTe architecture will be analysed in T7.4 and reported in this initial deliverable as an input for the architecture design.

Final Report on System Requirements and Architecture

This deliverable will provide the final report on the collected and analysed requirements, as well as the final system architecture in full details. It will consider the input from T1.3 and T1.4.

Initial Report on Use Cases

This deliverable will provide a first detailed description of the use cases, identifying stakeholders, business relationships and market opportunities.

Resource Trading, Security and Federation Mechanisms

This deliverable will define the theoretical solutions for T3.1, T3.2 and T3.3, including prototypes. It will implement the main mechanisms enabling IoT platform federations. Resource trading and QoE related optimizations from the federation perspective will be defined and partially implemented. The prototype will include all identified security mechanisms (trust, identity management, anomaly detection).

Report on Open Call and Contest Impact

This deliverable contains the assessment of the impact from the open calls and the contest and the potential of long-lasting symbIoTe impact.

Report on symbIoTe Domain-Specific Enablers and Tools

This deliverable reports the features and design of domain-specific enablers identified and specified in T1.3, and paves the way for simplified development of cross-platform IoT applications. It will identify the necessary technologies which can further simplify IoT application design and implementation.

Revised Semantics for IoT and Cloud Resources

This deliverable will review and update the common conceptual representation for the semantics of IoT and Cloud resources based on ongoing activities and results in WP2, WP3, WP4 and WP5. It will contain the textual description as a report and the formal description as an ontology file (OWL).

Report on first External Liaisons Workshop

This deliverable will report the outcomes of the first dissemination workshop, with the participation of sister projects/initiatives, cluster members, stakeholders and Advisory Board members.

Semantics for IoT and Cloud Resources

This deliverable will report the common conceptual representation for the semantics of IoT and Cloud resources for symbIoTe. It is aligned with D1.2 so as to speed up the development of the symbIoTe interoperability framework. Along with the report the formal description will be delivered as an ontology in the Web Ontology Language (OWL) format.

Contest Text and Supporting Documentation

This deliverable contains the description text and guidelines for the contest to be organized.

Initial Report on System Requirements and Architecture

This deliverable will document the initial collection of the system requirements and a first version of the system’s architecture, with the respective components, entities and interfaces, taking input from T1.3 and T1.4.

Final Report on Business Models and Sustainability

This deliverable will document the final market and sustainability analysis related to the symbIoTe solution.

symbIoTe Implementation Framework

This deliverable describes the implementation framework, the workflows for development, and the security coding guidelines that the development tasks in WP2, WP3 and WP4 have to follow in order to ease the continuous integration of the prototype.

Final Report on Standardization Analysis and Recommendations

The final conclusions from the standardization analysis and recommendations will be reported in this final deliverable.

Basic Resource Trading Mechanisms and Access Scopes

This deliverable will report the state of the art activities related to resource trading mechanisms and access scopes in the context of IoT platform federations. It will be accompanied by a first set of components implementing the specific mechanisms.

symbIoTe Middleware Tools, Protocols and Core Mechanisms

This deliverable describes the detailed specification of the symbIoTe middleware tools.The report focuses on the identification of key tools to be developed from scratch or enhanced from state of the art, along with the detailed description of the symbIoTe innovations and extensions. The report also contains a prioritization of the different features and modules to be used as a system development plan during the execution of the work. Specific parts that require IPR protection will be documented in separate annexes with restricted access under the control of the symbIoTe management.

Final Data Management Plan

This deliverable will provide the final version of the Data Management Plan, building incrementally on Deliverable 8.1.
