External Collaboration and Standardization Governance Report 1 The deliverable provides first feedback on what real/concrete actions have been initiated (put in place) with peer ICT projects and Labs and standardization fora, at both the national and international levels. Software Suite Integration and Quality Report 2 The deliverable reports the results of the Testing and Checking stages regarding the different XaaS components delivered throughout the project (cf. deliverables of WP3, WP4 and WP5). Communication, Dissemination, Exploitation and Training Report 1 The deliverable provides insight into the action plan(s) set up by the consortium in view of activities relating to dissemination, communication and exploitation of the project’s results (i.e., journal publications, conference publications, workshops, conferences, flash studies, project documentation, training events...). Such actions plans will be developed for bIoTope as a whole, but also for individual partners, whose special emphasis will be paid on the dissemination of the project’s results to wider communities of potentially interested SMEs (e.g., using also TOG’s industry network), as well as to OSS Community Building. Evaluation Report 1 of the bIoTope Pilots The deliverable presents the final validation results related to the bIoTope pilots/use cases (based on the evaluation methodology introduced in deliverable D2.2). Those results will allow us for refining (based on a long term basis, i.e. 2 year-basis) RTD activities/specifications (e.g., for setting up specific action plans based upon the new KPI values). bIoTope SoS Reference Platform Specifications v2 The deliverable provides the second version of the bIoTope SoS platform technical specifications (still resulting in a set of structuring principles and interfaces across the different software components developed in WP3, WP4 and WP5). This second version will allow us to cope with the evolution of the bIoTope ecosystem (e.g. with extended project partners or performance issues). Framework for Identity Creation, Management and Authentication v2 The deliverable details the enhanced/final mechanisms used for managing object identities in the IoT. The final prototype/demonstrator will be presented together with the report. Theoretical Framework for Context and Situation Awareness in IoT The deliverable details both i) the bIoTope glossary and domain ontology developed for describing the basic entities of IoT and contexts, and ii) the formal framework(s) developed tol meet the set of requirements identified during the definition of the bIoTope pilots (see D2.1). Open Call 2 Publication, Evaluation and Negotiation Report The deliverable reports information about the Open Call 2 definition, publication, evaluation, number of Applicants, contracts grated and impact created. Open Source Project Requirements and Specifications Report This deliverable defines the procedures and conventions regarding the coding styles and the software repository structure that need to be respected when developing the XaaS software components in WP3, WP4 and WP5 respectively. Both the bIoTope open source requirements and the coding conventions will be delivered. Evaluation Methodology for Pilots Validation The deliverable presents the framework for ex-ante and ex-post evaluation of the application and use case validations; the ex-ante evaluation focusing on actors, processes and interfaces in the validation ecosystems, whereas the ex-post evaluation focuses on policy, economic, societal, technical and environmental impact of the validation cases. This proposed framework will make it possible to assess both the use case internal arrangements and validation processes, the impact against the KPIs assigned for the validation outcome, as well as for helping us to refine RTD specifications all along the project duration. Open Call Methodology, Management and Support Framework The deliverable details the methodology, management procedures, selection criteria, administrative instructions, support mechanisms, etc., for the tenderers submitting proposals for bIoTope Open Calls. Context-Aware Actions and Self-Adaptation Framework v1 The deliverable presents the bIoTope context management system and associated software components (relying on a Context-Broker that serves as an intermediate between “Context Producers” and “Context Consumers”). Key functionalities of the bIoTope context management system will be presented such as i) real-time context discovery and processing, ii) context-aware action and decision capabilities (e.g., based on rule-based reasoning, multi-criteria decision-making...), as well as self-adaptation capabilities (e.g., taking advantage of adaptive methods such as reinforcement learning). A prototype/demonstrator will be presented together with the report. Evaluation Report 2 of the bIoTope Pilots The deliverable presents the final validation results related to the bIoTope pilots/use cases (based on the evaluation methodology introduced in deliverable D2.2). 2D and 3D UI Widgets Library v2 The deliverable presents the final widget library developed throughout the bIoTope project, while highlighting (e.g., through straightforward procedures) how developers can further contribute (i.e., after the project completion) to the development of new widgets (to ensure the sustainability of the bIoTope ecosystem). IoT Ecosystem Management, Exploitation & Business Modelling Report 1 The deliverable presents the orchestration and collaboration processes underlying the bIoTope SoS platform and ecosystem for IoT (definition of the roles, responsibilities, relationships and rules of engagement for the bIoTope partners, as well as for the extended project partners engaged through open calls), which should ensure efficient and high quality implementation of the project, and increase transparency and trust on decision making among the partners. Further to the ecosystem orchestration mode, the deliverable will draw scenarios of value capture and exploitation (on the selected application areas) for the jointly developed foreground. Context-Sensitive Security, Privacy Management, Adaptation Framework v1 The deliverable presents the two-layer framework developed in bIoTope for enabling both context-sensitive security policy and context-sensitive privacy for open SoS ecosystem platforms (including advanced adaptive security mechanisms, privacy enforcement mechanisms, and tuned blurring techniques). Context-Sensitive End-User Dashboard Framework v1 The deliverable presents a new generation of context-sensitive dashboards, where users will be able to configure different views depending on their context (location, role, surroundings, weather…). A prototype/demonstrator will be presented together with the report, which should highlight that changes in the context may automatically modify the layout, contents and other properties of the dashboard (eventually learning from user behaviour). Knowledge Representation and Inference Framework v1 The deliverable presents the software components (and associated ontologies) developed to support Open Linked Data interfaces (e.g., SPARQL, RDF query language) for searching and querying knowledge. A prototype/demonstrator will be presented together with the report. IoT Interaction Patterns Report The deliverable presents the analysis carried out on interaction patterns with the IoT and Smart Connected Objects (e.g., NFC, RFID, 2D-codes, RF Memory Tags, embedded systems, sensor networks...), with a particular focus on the interaction patterns that are applicable to the different bIoTope Pilots. Service Composition Framework v1 The deliverable provides a mock-up of the user-interaction editor tool that enables any user to assemble, without programming, components and services by connecting various input sources and events to suitable actions (e.g., to processing blocks and to any XaaS software components).
