SavingFood platform prototype evaluation

This report will provide formal evaluations of the prototype and will outline criteria and methodology for evaluation. Contributions will come mainly from T3.4

SavingFood conceptual and methodological framework v1

This will include the initial scenario based on pilot partner knowledge that will be used for initiating the platform development process and offer updates for the overall conceptual framework in conjunction with WP4 and WP6.

Policy recommendations

This report will include recommendations targeted to policy makers for the improvement of the general framework towards the adoption of SavingFood

Quality Assurance - Risk Management plan

This will contain the main aspects related to the Quality Management of the project summarizing the organizational structure, the operating procedures and management tools and the risk management process

Evaluation of pilot case results v1

Document presenting an evaluation of the pilots’ results concerning food collection, the acceptance of the platform and the social and economic impacts for the communities for the first pilot period.

Detailed evaluation methodology, describing both qualitative and quantitative methods that will be applied to the production of the Evaluation of pilot case results reports

Data management and RRI plan

This report will present the project data management and the RRI approach

Pilot case deployment period 1

This will provide an overview of the pilot implementation of the platform in each pilot country including information about the awareness raising events for the first pilot period

Platform architecture v1

After initial evaluation of requirements from WP2, this deliverable will present an initial version of the platform architecture to be developed in T3.2 and T3.3. This report will provide the baseline target functions to be delivered in successive development sprints. As such, it represents a basis for requirement tracking and auditability. In response to the initial implementation of the base platform, and in view of recommendations and feedback from related tasks, this report will present a final version of the platform architecture being implemented.The deliverable will provide an update on requirements and how they have been addressed or other responses to them, as well as an initial evaluation from T3.4. Contributions to this task will come from T3.1, T3.2 and T3.3

Data management and RRI progress report

This report will present the project data management and the RRI approach progress

Behaviour change analysis

Document presenting the evaluation of the behaviour change strategy, taking into account an understanding of the collective awareness process, collective intelligence and online behaviour, leading to specific suggestions regarding crucial behaviour change factors.

Platform Architecture v2

The deliverable will provide an update on the architecture on the requirements and how they have been addressed or other responses to them, as well as an initial evaluation from T3.4. Contributions to this task will come from T3.4 and T3.5 for v2 (Leader: IT Innovation, M12)

Sustainability plan v1

This will include the project strategy for sustaining and replicating SavingFood after the end of the project and by various stakeholders

This will provide planning for the pilot implementation phases

Dissemination plan & progress report v1

This report will provide an overview of the project’s dissemination activities, synergies and strategic impact for the first period of the project
