This deliverable includes the common representation of heterogeneous information such as the user profile and needs, as well as the environmental data in order to provide personalized decision support services.

Communication and Dissemination Strategy

This deliverable will ensure maximum awareness, alignment and engagement throughout the implementation of the project. It will be developed at the beginning of the project to maximize impact throughout the three phases of the project, from the startup phase to the pilot implementation and the completion and sustainable outcomes. This deliverable includes a) the development of segmented lists of target audience groups, b) the development of a communications pack (incl. visual identity and generic dissemination materials about the project), c) the organization and implementation of the project’s dissemination activities and events.

This deliverable will include the system architecture and design, comprising the overall architecture, the generic integration framework to support the technical requirements of the components developed, and any internal and external interfaces required by the pilots.

Engagement strategy for hackAIR community involvement

The deliverable will include the strategy for engaging different stakeholders and user groups with an interest in air quality information and/or who are especially affected by poor air quality to make use of the hackAIR platform and the tools provided.

This deliverable will include the report on procedures followed and lessons learned in the form of a step-by-step manual which can be used as reference by communities of citizens for future applications of the hackAIR platform.
