Second annual assessment report

Second annual assessment summary report on the progress of the RTD projects The national funding authorities will discuss and assess the progress of the transnational projects on the basis of the joint annual as well as the individual national reports

Final summary report

Final summary report on the expected impact of the joint callAfter the termination of a collaborative transnational project the WPleader has to compile and to submit a standardised final report summarising the overall results the accomplishment of the objectives and the output of the transnational project Dedicated parts of the final reports shall be suitable for being published by the Participating Countries and the European Commission

Information on projects selected for funding from the co-funded call 2016

In order to stimulate clustering networking and exchange between the jointly funded RTD projects publishable information on project progress and results will be requested from the RD project participants and made publically available by various means

Dissemination concept

Communication activities are envisaged like Webbased communication via the public PhotonicSensing project website and social media Printed or electronic media such as comprehensive project flyers and compilations of success stories Conferences and workshops aligned with Photonics21 and H2020 ICT Dissemination of the selected projects via publishing of the public abstracts of selected projects Further dissemination of the content in line with the dissemination concept of task 52

Public Project Website

In parallel to the preparation of the call there will be a website set up which will provide all relevant information on the ERANET Cofund call such as the timeline national contact details and as soon as they are available also the relevant application forms The domain of the call website could eg be named wwwPhotonicSensingorg In addition an external online submission system shall be used for the submission process which will be set up in task 11 during the preparation work

Joint call announcement

As it will be deemed appropriate a central collaboration forming event Proposers Day andor national information days will be organised by the Participating CountriesThe call announcement will be published on the main ERANET Cofund website In addition the call will be published by the Participating Countries on their own website as well as on those run by National Contact Points networking organisations national funding competitions or regional funding competitions Advertisements in selected relevant trade journals may be run as to be agreed between the participating agenciesTo provide a wide publication of this call the call announcement will also be advertised on the Photonics21 website wwwphotonics21org on the Photonics Unit website of the European Commission as well as on the Participating Countries own websites in parallel
