As a result of participatory work during the initial physical event and follow-up discussion on online platforms, shortlists of key agro-biodiversity indicators linked to various aspects of sustainability will be unravelled and included in the report
Incubation Plan and ImpactThis deliverable will describe the results of the incubation.
First Workshop evaluation reportThis document will present the main outcome of the first networking and awareness raising workshop
Social Media analysis reportThis deliverable will contain an analysis on which social media channels used and how useful data are extracted for specific communities
Demonstrator & Piloting PlanDocumenting the plan for the development of the three demonstrators and the methodology and materials for the pilot trials.
Quality Plan and Self-Assessment CriteriaThis deliverable describes the quality procedures that will be followed according standards and the self-assessment criteria that will be applied for internal monitoring and self-improvement. It also includes
Talent and Innovative Ideas ContestThis deliverable will describe the results of the open the call for expressions of interest.
Cartography of communities and networksA visual map of a sample of communities and networks related to their position in the food chain, their knowledge assets and their relationships, to be published on the website, and to be constantly enriched with new networks and communities and updated
Dissemination, awareness raising and exploitation PlanThis plan will include the general dissemination strategy – what to disseminate, and to whom; how to engage all actors, etc.), and a country-targeted part, taking into account different agro-biodiversity landscapes and dissemination channels. It will also present a first approach to exploitation, in relation to the expected project outcomes.
Incubation Design and Implementation PlanThis deliverable will incorporate all the required material (contests, modules, services, agreements, processes, etc.) and the detailed planning of the CAPSELLA incubation facility.
High-level analysis of bottom-up requirements 1This deliverable will report on the collected requirements from the local communities, in terms of common challenges, difficulties and limitations that should be taken into consideration during the software solution development. An updated, revised version will be delivered on M18.
Integrated Evaluation Report & RecommendationsFinal report with results from pilot trials, presentations of the demonstrators, and recommendations for running and future improvements. Early version to be circulated to the rest of the WPs so that important issues/recommendations may be addressed.
Progress report on the results of meetings with communities 2Key elements as resulting from feedback from the communities involved in the scenarios will be highlighted 1) at the scenario refining stage, 2) during tools development, 3) at the moment of tools validation.
Pre-Incubation Plan and ImpactThis deliverable will describe the results of the three months Bootcamp that will support teams to turn their initial concepts into start-ups.
Exploitation and Sustainability PlanThis deliverable will present the concrete actions that the consortium as a whole and individual partners will put in place to ensure sustainability after the project’s end
Methodology for requirements elicitationThis deliverable will describe the process and also provide the guidelines and material for the collection and documentation of persons and key challenges.
High-level analysis of bottom-up requirements 2This deliverable will report on the collected requirements from the local communities, in terms of common challenges, difficulties and limitations that should be taken into consideration during the software solution development. It is an updated, revised version of the one delivered on M12.
Final workshop evaluation reportThis document will present the main outcome of the final CAPSELLA event including a summary of participants feedback
Capacity of Execution ContestThis deliverable will describe the results of the appathon/hackathon that will be used as an assessment method for the final selection of talent/individuals on their capacity to execute/implement an idea.

Demonstrator DeploymentDeployment of actual prototype services for the targeted communities. To be based on existing systems/services. Small-scale improvements are expected to be made, so that the final prototypes may give a realistic idea of potential deployment in the real life environments of users.
This deliverable will be a report that will specify how research publications and data will be collected, processed, monitored, catalogued, and disseminated during the project lifetime. It will also include a Support Pack with guidelines for the project coordinator and the partners, explaining how they should practically apply the guidelines during their research activities, which software tools and services they should use, and how they can align the project requirements with their institutions’ standard practices and systems.
