Data Modeling, data integration and data management plan report (opens in new window)This report will provide technical information about the type of data that will be produced, managed and maintained by the platform which is described in WP5. The deliverable will include the documentation on the data model approaches which are to be used during the Wholodance project and the methodologies which will be applied for the data integration and management in order to deliver the various applications of the project.

Report on validation process (opens in new window)This is more of a DEMOSTRATOR than a REPORT. At this stage we will carry out a test validation session of the chosen hardware and the developed software prototypes and compare actual performance and connectivity to the targets that were set.

Report on music-dance representation models (opens in new window)This report will include a description of the results achieved in T3.1.3 “Joint music-dance representation models”, which focuses on the identification of the relations that link multimodal descriptors of dance and music features at various levels of abstraction.
Final Report on the resulting extension and integration of the ASTE engine in WhoLoDance (opens in new window)This deliverable will report on the task “T6.3 Development of the Adaptivity & Personalization Engine”, i.e., the implementation of the subsystem to provide the personalized and adaptive experience, as part of the WhoLoDancE Learning Experience system. The deliverable report on the final version of ASTE engine for WhoLoDance, taking into account the review comments and formative evaluation results (T7.3) on the beta version.
First report on software platform and libraries (opens in new window)This Deliverable includes a first collection of software libraries and related documentation for applications of movement/behaviour analysis. Libraries are likely to be based on the EyesWeb platform. The report will describe the existing Eyesweb modules that are used for the WhoLoDance project, as well as those that are specifically developed during the project.
State of the Art Survey (opens in new window)This deliverable will report on the outcomes of the Task1.1. The deliverable should serve as a reference point for any available Learning Methodologies for dance, and related previous and current work in using ICT for capturing and analysing dance. Taking into account the lack of formal and fully described methodologies for each dance genre and context, this survey will aim at selecting state-of-the-art approaches, needs and contexts and serve as a basis for the rest of the project activities.
Workshop Report (opens in new window)This deliverable will report on the organization activities of the T1.3 Dance and ICT –based Learning Workshop. It will include information on the logistics, organising details, participants, etc. as well as a short reporting on the activities held, the discussions during the events and conclusions which will be added to the outcomes to T1.1 and T1.2 (and deliverables D1.1 and D1.2) for shaping the map of the needs of the community.

Beta Prototype, testing & validation Data Management Platform Report (opens in new window)This deliverable will document on the first implementation of the data management platform, describing the data management approaches, which should be in alignment with D5.1. This report will also report on the outcomes of the testing and validation of the Beta Prototype Data Management Platform, as described in “T5.7 Platform testing & validation and maintenance plan specification”. It will summarize the methodology used (Scrum Agile), the extent to which the functional and non-functional specifications are met by this point of the project, and list the actions needed to meet the defined specifications.
Quality Assurance Guidelines (opens in new window)Guidelines to set quality assurance and ethical clearance criteria for drafting and double-checking the deliverables’ contents before submitting them to the Project Officer
Interviews Report (opens in new window)This deliverable will summarize the process and results of T1.2 Interviews of Learning Experts, Dance Practitioners and Technology Providers, including the questionnaires, the number and profile of participants as well as the context of the interview. It will serve as a complementary reference point to the survey, bringing to light and documenting the perspective of experts of the field, including non-documented embodied practices for disseminating dance knowledge.
Data Integration, Algorithm and System Analysis, and Framework Description (opens in new window)Description of algorithms for real-time and batch indexing and similarity search on HLF sequences. Assessment of suitability and quality of various HLF types for similarity search related tasks and particular application scenarios.
Final Exploitation Plan (opens in new window)The final exploitation plan will include details on the implementation of the defined exploitation strategy, and will also include relevant market analysis, dedicated business models, and forecast on the possible market outreach
Final Release, testing and validation of the Data Management Platform Report (opens in new window)This deliverable will document on the final implementation of the data management plan, describing the data management approaches and explain how this implementation covers the functional and non-functional requirements as described in WP1. This deliverable will report on the outcomes of the testing and validation of the Data Management Platform, as described in “T5.7 Platform testing & validation and maintenance plan specification”. It will cover the enhanced final version components documentation, including a checklist with a short descriptions on how the functional and non-functional specifications are met. Finally it will include the maintenance plan for the platform and its components.

The report will explicitly emphasize the details on the specific results obtained in Wholodance, i.e. the novel original software modules and the extensions to existing ones, with respect to the pre-existing EyesWeb platform and libraries.
Usability and Learning Experience Evaluation report (opens in new window)This deliverable includes the evaluation plan for the tasks of WP7, and will report on the methodologies to be used for the UI/UX of the interfaces (T7.1), the learning impact (T7.2) and the personalization approach (T7.3) dedicating a chapter for each task. The plan to be described will be based on the concept of a -two- phase iterative evaluation, completing a formative (preliminary) and summative (final) evaluation, which will be and documented in D7.2 and D7.3 respectively.
Report on multimodal signal modeling (opens in new window)This Deliverable describes the results obtained mainly in Task 3.2, including the choice of the sensors systems for the analysis of dance in its multimodal components (mocap, video, biometric signals, related audio/music, environmental features), and a description of the adopted methodologies for signal analysis.

This report will include an integration assessment of the available 3D holographic and non-holographic volume display methods and their “fitting factor” to the WhoLoDance context of “staying inside” a virtual body. The report will also include conclusions and recommendation of which of the evaluated display methods are the best candidate to adopt.
