Dissemination materials

Launch of project website and social media presence, available promotional materials.

Report on standardisation activities

A report of the standards used in the HeartMan system, and standardisation initiatives taken in the course of the project.

Public final report

A public final report will be submitted to the EC within 60 days of the end of the project, in addition to the periodic report covering the last reporting period.

Continuous integration and testing plan

A definition of the tools and a description of the process for continuous integration and testing intended for the technical partners.

Personal health system backend platform design

A description of the architecture and API of the HeartMan backend – a living document updated during development.

Dissemination report

This report will describe all dissemination activities as they have been carried out throughout the project.

HeartMan mobile application

The application will consist of the dynamic monitoring framework integrating the methods from D3.2 and D3.3, and a user interface to display the outputs of the DSS.
