Plans will include: Protocol for conducting “friendly” pilot study (M9); Protocol for conducting large-scale trial (M23); Protocol for conducting the feasibility study (M28). This deliverable will link to milestone 1. Due date is month 9 with updates in months 23 and 39.

Report on ProACT EU Transferability Study. Focus will be primarily on an EU wide survey into the knowledge and expectations that traditional health and social care providers have about technological innovation for the delivery of integrated care. The survey will look into the multiple factors that determine the uptake of integrated care platforms or the resistance against it among the different stakeholders (health professionals, social care workers, providers, funding agencies).
