Life cycle perspectives and LCC for deep geothermal energy utilisation

Life cycle perspectives and LCC for deep geothermal energy utilisation at the three demonstrator sites. This report will compile publishable information for all three demonstrators, i.e. Reykjanes, Valence, and Vistrenque. The three background internal reports WD2.3-2.5 will be used to develop this deliverable. Third Party UoI will lead the the drafting work as part of GEORG's team effort. Parts of this work may as well result in published scientific papers, and may form basis for thesis work by graduate students.

D1.1 Expert Advisory Panel operational

DEEPEGS will establish and form an external expert panel. This international industry/scientific advisory panel of four high level persons from leading organisations in the field of geothermal energy and EGS. Additional external experts may be appointed “ad-hoc” as required to cover additional fields of expertise, reviewing project results and providing external inputs to the project. - An indpendent Ethics Advisor will be appointed as the fifth member of the EEP To compliment this and for business case developments an additional list of other key European and international contacts for targeted communications will be established.

Demonstration of the mud hammer tool in a well provided by partner FG at their Hurtigheim, Alsace site for partner HVG to test the tool. Also, to asses improvements in the final drilling phase of a deep well. This deliverable represents a joint effort of FG and HVG.
