AEOLIX Intellegent Dashboard

Report on the specification and documentation about the AEOLIX Ecosystem dashboard for the demonstrators that enables track, monitor, and visualize the data flow provided by the connected logistic systems and devices to the AEOLIX Ecosystem. (M27)

Logistics Business Needs and Data Identification Report - Public Version

The Logistics Business Needs and Data Identification Report defines the business needs for data, the sources of such data and the format available and format needed. It describes the user interfaces, be it the link to the in-house computer or the need for a specific user interface to be developed within the Intelligent Dashboard

Assessment of AEOLIX market penetration

Assessment of AEOLIX market penetration will present industry take up indices for the AEOLIX system. (M32)

AAEOLIX socio-economic evaluation

AEOLIX socio-economic evaluation, will describe the evaluation of the impacts of the AEOLIX project on society and the environment

AEOLIX API and SDK

Open specification of the API and SDK to enable AEOLIX participants to engage and create new pan-EU apps developed for the demonstrators and innovate through online collaboration. AEOLIX API and SDK are released as Open Source. (M24)

AEOLIX Living Labs impact assessment, will present the results living lab evaluation

Lesson learned: barriers and enablers of the solutions proposed in the past

The report brings a clear vision of the technical and non-technical elements that led a previous solution to either success or to failure. (M17)

Pan-European and local events

Pan EU campaigns will be organised in order to promote the solutions of AEOLIX. ( M6, M12, M18, M24)

Guidelines for high level architecture for collaborative data exchange

AEOLIX Architecture for Collaborative Data Exchange; Complete overview of the high level governance architecture related to the integration, securing,management of data flows and organization within AEOLIX. The deliverable sharing the basic data at M24 and final at M36.

Cost benefit Analysis

An in-depth cost-benefit analysis will be developed. This analysis will take into account costs and benefits for each business and user groups (fleet operators, shippers, service providers) to be a part of AEOLIX, to offer their services through the platform or to use service from other providers.

European Logistics Information Exchange” Innovation Platform marketing plan

A marketing plan for the European Innovation platform will be developed

AEOLIX Collaborative Business Partnership Report

The AEOLIX Collaborative Business Partnership Report describes the confirmed set of logistics partners and official agencies that will collaborate to improve supply chain performance across specified corridors.

Implemented AEOLIX architecture across 12 LL

Concurrent with the relevant Milestone to be achieved, the Deliverable describes the actual implementation approach taken and the solution sets implemented per LL.

Guidelines for an AEOLIX framework for legal trusted interoperable and high quality data exchange
AEOLIX Communication plan and yearly reporting on impact of communication activities

This report will yearly report on impact of communication activities and also provide a list of events the project will disseminate the results.( M12, M24, M36 )

Report about the best practices for AEOLIX collaborative data exchange
Collaborative Business model scenarios

All identified business models will be presented through a report at the end of the project. Draft versions of BMCs will however be developed based on the MVP, in the first year of the project and will be revised at least in two additional iterations, before the final report is prepared. (M24, M36)

Data Management Plan

This report will be developed by ERTICO to analyse how data will be handled during the project.

AEOLIX Living Lab 12

LL12 has stared late in 2018 after the period 1 was done and the AEOLIX Amendment was approved- and all tasks foreseen for the period 1 for any Living Lab will be done by the new LL 12. Therefore a deliverable related to this is planned to be delivered by M36.

AEOLIX quick win impacts& Business Paradigm Shift analysis

will present impacts of the AEOLIX ecosystem as identified from the initial implementation of the Living Labs (M18, M24, M30).

Liaison plan with projects and initiatives

A liaison plan will be developed to provide information on cooperation with SELIS, NEXTRUST, SYNCRONET and initiatives (policy and standardisation).

Innovation Platform establishment

Summary of the work on defining Terms of Reference, initial launching partners and first concepts for long-term sustainability. The report will also define rules for accepting new members and managing potential IPRs.

AEOLIX living labs implementation plan

The AEOLIX living labs implementation plan will provide the implementation and specificities of each of the living labs. A draft at M4 and a final at M6

AEOLIX Services and Interoperability Adapters

This report encompassing the implementations of the Interoperability service adapters and Security Service with the detailed documentation and technical specification of each AEOLIX service. (M24)

KPIs and evaluation criteria

Evaluation criteria and performance targets will as a first step be set in collaboration with the LL leaders and will take into account use cases, LL setup, historical data and projection and models of the expected impact of each of the applications at each site. This Task will also specify each variable to be collected in order to standardize the format of each variable for the common evaluation. The global approach will also be addressed as an input to impact analysis for a future AEOLIX solution covering all possible use cases. (M17)

Business and user engagement strategy

Presenting the key business and user targets and an elaborated strategy on how best to approach them, main interests they may have in AEOLIX and division of work between project partners in order to engage them in the AEOLIX work.

AEOLIX Connectivity Engine reference implementation

Report describing the AEOLIX Connectivity engine with links to external systems, as well as security and scalability issues and software realizing the AEOLIX Ecosystem. (M24)

AEOLIX Toolkit

Solution Development tools adapted and connected to the ecosystem through the developers services , to support development of applications and dashboards for the living labs including: eCMR, forward multimodal planning, ETA service, horizontal/vertical collaboration, deviation management/CAPA and telematics services. (M30)

Exploitation and sustainability plans

Report summarising joint and separate exploitation and sustainability plans, focusing on a.o. Innovation Platform, AEOLIX technical platform after-project life, as well as exploitation plans from each of the project partners.

Connectivity Gap Analysis

The Connectivity Gap Analysis defines the data flow and gaps as experienced by the logistics partners that are hampering effective and efficient supply chain operations and transactions.

AEOLIX global needs and requirements

D2. 3 AEOLIX global needs and requirements (M17) D2. 3.1 Strategic Market Analysis. This deliverable will be an inventory and analysis of current supply and demand of logistics services and supply of ICT services relevant to the scope of this project.
