Objective The mission of ESPESA project is to strengthen the research activity and to implement a Technology Transfer&Innovation Management strategy at Centre for Applied Research in Electrical Engineering and Sustainable Development (CAREESD), established in 2010 within Technical University of Cluj-Napoca. The project will reinforce the research potential of the Centre by improving/enhancing the expertise, competences and skills of its researchers and support staff, and by promoting the collaboration with leading EU research institutions sharing scientific interests. The planned activities will contribute to the development of the market-oriented strategy of the Centre, by implementing a competitive Innovation and Technology Transfer strategy, stimulating an entrepreneurial culture and promoting a close collaboration with the industry, increasing at the same time the international visibility of the Centre.
