Meetings (5 main project meetings):
- Kick-off meeting, held in Zagreb (Hotel Dubrovnik and FAZ) from 16th to 17th March 2016
- Data management plan was established by FAZ members in Zagreb (FAZ).
- Two summer schools were held .
- Three workshops were held.

Management of the project WP1
• Coordination meeting of the Management and Steering Committee members was held in Pisa on 17th January 2017 with participation of 23 participants
• Management Committee meeting related to administration of interim and final report was held in Zagreb on May 12th, 2017 with participation of seven persons.
• Administrative meeting and training was held on 17th April, 2018 in Zagreb with participation of five persons.
• Management and Steering Committee meeting was held in Zagreb on April 18th,2018 with participation of 13 persons
• Meeting of all members of the project Mend the Gap was held in Zagreb on April 18th, 2018 with participation of 23 persons.
• Administrative management control meeting was held in Cambridge on July 10th, 2018 with participation of 10 persons.
• Management and Steering committee meeting was held in Vela Luka on September 14th, 2018 with participation of 10 persons.
• Final Management Committee meeting was held in Zagreb on January 11th,2019 with participation of 15 persons.

In total, we held 1 public lecture in Čabar.
In total, we held 12 public lectures in the Archaeological Museum in Zagreb.
