Training towards a society of data-savvy information professionals to enable open leadership innovation

Livrables

Technologies for MOVING data processing and visualisation v2.0

The initial versions of the data processing and visualisation components are integrated and running in the operational MOVING platform. Thus, the components are particularly tested towards scalability and reliability. The components are extended by additional functionalities (e.g. more concepts are offered in the fragment annotation, author linkage between publications and videos etc).

Definition of platform architecture and software development configuration

This report will contain the technical documentation of the base platform, technical documentation and API specification for the plugin system as well as a feasibility study for each one of the use cases. It will also define the descriptions of the plugins with interface definitions and class diagrams. It will finally include the setup of the supporting software for the development process (Wiki / Ticketsystem / CI-Platform) and the quality assurance measures for the process and the results.

Dissemination and communication plan and activities - third report

This deliverable is an update of D5.1 providing the dissemination actions taken in the third year.

Technologies for MOVING data processing and visualisation v1.0

An initial set of data processing and visualisation components are provided that contain a common data model for indexing the full-texts, metadata, HTML content and video data. Initial versions of text and visual mining are applied on that data. Initial implementations of the logging concept, metadata extraction from PDF, author alignment and a functional prototype for data visualisation are provided.

Final responsive platform prototype, modules and common communication protocol

Update of D4.2.

Initial evaluation, updated requirements and specifications

The evaluation report will contain the results of the evaluations conducted on the delivered systems, one for each target end user group. It will further contain the updated requirements and specifications for the MOVING use cases.

Initial conceptual framework, curricula and technical prototypes for adaptive training support

This deliverable will include prior knowledge assessment, learning effects/progress and adaptive/personalised learning opportunities, as well as the user profiling work produced in terms of Task 2.1. It will also describe the conceptual framework for learner guidance in MOVING. Finally it will describe the web-based and mobile guidance functionalities defined in Task 2.2.

User requirements and specification of the use cases

This deliverable will contain an initial requirement analysis based on the project objectives and the inputs collected from the project partners and the end user groups targeted by the project, and the specifications of the platform according to the documented requirements. The deliverable will be updated by D1.3.

Initial responsive platform prototype, modules and common communication protocol

This report and prototype is the initial version of the MOVING platform, including the responsive platform itself, the implementation of the common communication protocol, the SCORM module, the e-learning module (select course / progress through course / get results) as well as the integrated data processing module with advanced search capabilities.

Updated curricula and prototypes for adaptive training support and introductory MOVING MOOC for community building

This report will be an update of D2.1 which will furthermore investigate for each use case a set of relevant guidance components, including optimal contexts (time, location) for offering guidance. The deliverable will also describe the initial version of the MOOC built in Task 2.3 w.r.t. community building.

Final implementation of user studies and evaluation

The deliverable will provide an update of D1.2 (implementation of user studies) and the final evaluation report for the MOVING user studies.

Initial implementation of user studies

This deliverable will be the actual implementation of the systems for the two use studies that will deliver the functionality that was specified in D1.1. It will consist of two systems, targeting the two end user groups. It will be updated by D1.4.

Dissemination and communication plan and activities - first report

This deliverable will set the major goals of dissemination objectives, and will provide the dissemination actions taken in the first year, as well as the plan for the second year including a specific calendar of the events. It will also include the setup of the project website.

Dissemination and communication plan and activities - second report

This deliverable is an update of D5.1 providing the dissemination actions taken in the second year, as well as the plan for the third year.

Final conceptual framework, curricula and MOVING MOOC for community building

This report will be the final update of D2.2. It will also contain the results of user studies regarding the MOVING learner guidance, and an update of the MOOC to be built in Task 2.3 regarding community building.

Technologies for MOVING data processing and visualisation v3.0

The final data processing and visualisation components offer support for continuous updates of content, i.e. support incremental indexing, extraction and linkage of content. In addition, the data visualisation components are evaluated with end users on large datasets.

Open innovation systems state of the art and beyond

This deliverable will (1) Clarify the open innovation approach for the project; identify the open innovation scope in the use cases and distinguish the project approach and results from current approaches in open innovation systems; define precise and specific needs of target users as well as the way to access public administration (including value of the combination of adaptive training and work, for the individual, and the organization; quality assurance, career development, etc.); (2) precisely specify the innovation potential in terms of scientific approach and technological development; identify potential for technological innovation (patents, standardization, etc.); (3) strengthen impact activities by clearly specifying the target groups and identifying strategies for widening access to businesses and organizations while putting focus on competitiveness and sustainability of the project results during as well as after the project lifetime; (4) update risks and mitigation measures related to the technology platform toward open innovation, target users and acceptance.

Data management plan

Provides a data management policy for MOVING that will be used w.r.t. opening reference datasets by the partners and maximising the impact of the project.
