Roadmap

Overview of solutions

Result of Task 2.1, describing an overview of solutions that already exist in one sector and may be easily adapted or translated to fit other sectors, as well as solutions that do not yet exist but should be developed in order to increase the attractiveness of investments in sustainable buildings. (Note that the term “solutions” is used here in a very broad sense: where the example above illustrates a technical and financial calculation tool, this task also includes financial instruments, innovative contractual arrangements such as ESCOs, and policy measures.)

First of two national events, focusing on presenting the first results of the roadmap and underlying stakeholder and drivers and barriers analyses, and on obtaining public and highly visible support of all stakeholders for this roadmap; in addition, it will be aimed at expanding the reach of the Dutch national financing platform.

Second major (inter)national event (NL)

Second of two national events, with an international orientation, and focusing on an autonomous and structural continuation of the platform after project completion. This event (together with its ‘sister events’ in WP4 and WP5) will act as a starting point for replication and further internationalisation of the BUILDINTEREST platforms.
