This report will report the detailed specification of the functional and non-functional requirements of the project.

Baseline model description

Description of the methodology followed to build the baseline of every pilot along with the resulting model for every pilot site.

Design document for GreenSoul-aware Energy consumption monitoring Devices

This report will describe in details the design of and the technical specifications with the modifications made to the monitoring devices used in GreenSoul. The revisions and final udpates of the device that are required during the development of the project will be included in D3.9.

Description of the final version of the GreenSoul System including the final details about GreenSoul-aware Energy consumption monitoring device, Persuasion & Incentivisation mechanisms, GreenSoul-ed things, GreenSoul Analytics and Decision Support Engine and the GreenSoul platform

Public Dissemination Report M43

Updates on the Dissemination plan as well as identified follow-up activities by the consortium will be included in the version at M43.

Validation of the behavioural model and the persuasion and reaction mechanisms

This deliverable will include the full validation of the behavioural model utilized during the pilot phase. Moreover, this deliverable will include the relation between engagement on the GreenSoul platform and saving achieved. Also it will include the evaluation of the persuasion and reaction mechanisms based on the result of the pilot phase. If it is required, this document will include updates in the methodologies for the analaysis of socio-economic factors and human behaviour.

Design document for Persuasion & Incentivisation mechanisms

This report will describe in details the proposed methodologies to be used for the persuasion and incentivisation activities in GreenSoul. The revisions and final udpates of the persuasion and incentivisation mechanisms will be included in D3.9.

Post-pilot best-practices report

Report describing the best-practices about how to manage deployed devices within each pilot.

Pilot execution report

The result of the pilot phase will be reported in this document including details for the execution of the Treatments (including performance, acceptance, etc) and the results of the pilots' execution at full scale. This document will also include the achievements and recommendations stemming from the execution of the pilots.

Design document for the GreenSoul Analytics and Decision Support Engine

This report will describe in details the analytics and decision support engine that will be used in the project, which will be able to take autonomous decisions. The revisions and final udpates of the analytics and decision support engine as a consequence of the implementation of the project will be included in D3.9.

Public Dissemination Report M36

Updates on the Dissemination plan as well as identified follow-up activities by the consortium will be included in the version at M36.

Public dissemination report M12

A detailed report with the dissemination and communication activities carried on in the project. By Month 12 the dissemination and communication plans will be described in details.

Energy-related human behaviour modelling framework

Report describing the conceptual model (ontology and vocabulary) for enabling semantic interoperability between devices and humans and its implementation. Thus, this report will describe in details the holistic approach for modelling the human behaviour in buildings taking into account both individual occupant profiles (schedules, needs, preferences, etc.) and group-wise preferences. The final version of the conceptual models will be included in the deliverables D6.3 and D6.4.

Standardization Report

Report on the actions varied on to standardize the hardware, software and/or communication protocols developed in GreenSoul.

GreenSoul end users requirements report

This report will deal with user group definitions and end-user needs. Then it will compile the differents uses cases or users stories for all the stakeholders.

GreenSoul conceptual architecture

This report will contain the overall architecture of GreenSoul infrastructure together with its main components including interfaces, technologies and external APIs.

Project public presentation, factsheet, logo

Assets required to create an identity for the project will be created early in the project. Therefore, a full description of the project's public presentation, factsheet, logo and other dissemination materials.

Dissemination plan

This report will contain the initial plan and report of the communication and dissemination strategy and activities of GreenSoul results among different communities. By Month 12 the dissemination plans will be described in details. The updates of the DIssemination Plan, when necessary, will be included in the Public Dissemination Reports.

Design document for GreenSoul-ed things

This report will describe in details the design and the technical specifications of the modified devices and the Smart Adaptor that will be used in the project. The revisions and final udpates of the devices that should be incorporated due to the implementation of the project will be included in D3.9.

Holistic socio-economic model to increase eco-awareness of users in public spaces

Report with the methodology followed to build the socio-economic model to increase eco-awareness of users in public spaces plus the results of its application to the pilot sites. Thus, this report will deal with novel socio-economic models that take into account both individual-motivational factors and social perspectives for improving eco-behaviour of end-users. If it is required, a revision of the information regarding the socio-economic models will be included in D6.3 and D6.4.

GreenSoul scenarios

This report will report the detailed use cases and application scenarios of the project. It will include a description of methodology used to select the devices and strategies to implement in a buidling.

Energy-aware User Profile vs. Persuasion, Incentivisation and Reaction Strategies Matrix

Description of the methodology used to produce the matrix that maps the user profiles against their corresponding strategies plus a report discussing the main findigns. Thus, this report will deal with how different strategies can effectively compensate any negative effects of socio-economic factors in energy saving behaviour. If it is required, a final version of the description of the methodology will be included in the D6.3 and D6.4.

Energy-aware Multi-entity Profile Taxonomy

Description of the methodology followed to produce the classification plus a report discussing the main findings. Thus, this report will describe in details an intelligent user multi-entity profiling and classification mechanism that encapsulates all factors related to the eco-behaviour of occupants in public buildings. If it is required, a final version of the description of the methodology will be included in the D6.3 and D6.4.

Market analysis

Market analysis needed to build the explotation plan for IP developed in the project. Therefore, a thorough market analysis for the GreenSoul solution will be develivered at M40.

Evaluation Social and Economic Impact report

Report with the end results of the social and economic impact of the solution constructed in GreenSoul, including the evaluation of the social and economic impact of the GreenSoul solution.

GreenSoul Information Model (GIM) and Middleware Infrastructure

This report will deal with the detailed specifications of the GreenSoul’s data models (GIM) and the Middleware infrastructure including interfaces, technologies and APIs.

Dissemination plan for pilots

This report will contain the plan and report of the communication and dissemination strategy and activities for the pilot phase.

KPIs for the validation of the GreenSoul behavioural models

Formal definition of the objectives and evaluation criteria (KPIs) and the associated trial evaluation plan for the pilots sites.

Pilots Planning

Specification of the pilot plan, including purpose and background, strategy, prerequisites, assumptions, and risks, personnel and responsibilities, organization, site description, methodology, schedule and test result collection. This document will include details for the preparation of the pilots Use Case.

GreenSoul-ed Things

This report will deal with the prototypes of the devices and the Smart Adaptor (GreeSoul things at different stages) that will be used in the project. The revisions and final udpates of the devices that should be incorporated due to the implementation of the project will be included in D3.9.

GreenSoul-aware Energy consumption monitoring Devices

This report will describe in details the prototype of the energy consumption monitoring devices that will be utilized within the GreenSoul. The revisions and final udpates of the device that are required during the development of the project will be included in D3.9.

Persuasion & Incentivisation mechanisms

This report will describe in details the prototypes of the different strategies (apps, flyers, screens, etc.) used for the persuasion and incentivisation activities. The revisions and final udpates of the persuasion and incentivisation mechanisms will be included in D3.9.

GreenSoul platform

This report will describe in details the prototype of the overall GrenSoul platform. The revisions and final udpates of the platform as a consequence of the implementation of the project will be included in D3.9.
