POLE EUROPE ENTREPRISE INNOVATION (MARTINIQUE ET ILES DE GUADELOUPE)

Periodic Reporting for period 1 - PEEI (POLE EUROPE ENTREPRISE INNOVATION (MARTINIQUE ET ILES DE GUADELOUPE))

Reporting period: 2015-07-01 to 2016-12-31

PEEI gathers and capitalises the unique competences of the CCI Martinique and Guadeloupe Islands, which are the best interlocutors to relay EU policies and programmes and provide onestop shop for all the business needs of the local enterprises, and the expertise of the Technopole Martinique in innovation support services. This CSA is aiming at :
A. Enhancing innovation management capacity of performing SMEs through the following steps :
1. Information/dissemination to the highest number of SME about the specific H2020 Innovation services (part of activity 2 included in COSME EEN):
2. Identification/Selection of promising SME (“Diamonds” or “Champions”) - Assess the SME’s suitability - Speed Audit - Up to 0.5 days (part of activity 2 included in COSME EEN)
3. Assess SME’s Innovation Management Capacity - 0.5 days (included in the H2020 7 days)
4. Needs and gaps analysis and action plan development - Proposition and Agreement on how and when services will be implemented - 1 day (included in the H2020 7 days)
5. Implement Action Plan - 5 days (included in the H2020 7 days)
6. Final Report and Advices – 0.5 days (included in the H2020 7 days)
B. Key Account Management of SME Instrument winners
EIMC activities were acheived so far in Martinique, thanks to Technopôle Martinique expertise and tools. They have not been implemented yet in Guadeloupe islands, since there is no equivalent partner in Guadeloup Islands. Technopole Martinique is currently identifying suitable partners to implement those activities. Two seems prominsing: technopole Audacia and Synergiles competitiveness cluster. Disccusions are currently underway to define practical arrangements for such a collaboration.
When it comes to KAM activities, they were not implemented since the is no SME Instrument (Phase 1 or 2) winner in the territory addressed.
