Development of a document about the specific control protocols for a reliable and stable quality of INSPUR bi-components resins, with a focus on the validation of the features of INSPUR components, considering humidity, OH/-NCO ratio, and final viscosity.
Report on general performances of INSPUR made products and quality controls (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)This deliverable will produce a quality report about INSPUR coated products, with focus on the compliance assessment of 1 Mt sample about aesthetics, technical, safety and performance parameters.
Report on INSPUR testing methodologies and performance database (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)(Month12 first draft, Month18) This report will include the coating tests procedures (through direct rolling and transfer) to validate the new INSPUR formulations, according to the different combination of substrates, materials, dyes and additives, firstly considering A4-sized samples and, for the second phase, small-scale coating line. Furthermore, in the document will be summarized (and updated) the results from feedbacks about the preliminary industrialization activities, including INSPUR manufacturing performances, QC responses, and final products performances measures.
(Month 6, Month 12, Month 18) Realization of six-monthly videos related to INSPUR project updating and results, uploaded on the project website and on INSPUR social media pages.

Dissemination materials (leaflets, brochures, etc.) (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)(Month 12, Month 18) Development and printing of specific dissemination material about the INSPUR project results, including the realization of multi-language leaflets and postcards on project outcomes and dedicated social media pages.
Customers validation after product release (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)This report will include the results of the customers feedbacks collection about washing resistance, waterproofing, flexibility, visual performances, and end-users needs compliance, also through a survey about users acceptance.
Dissemination and exploitation plans, periodical updates (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)(Month 3, Month 12, Month 18) Four-monthly updating reports about dissemination and exploitation plan, with evidence on the changes compared to the first version (D6.1) and a validation of forecasted budget for these activities.
This deliverable will be validated by the development of a manual with guidelines for INSPUR utilization (a tool for the training program for machine operators), including a protocol to store and manage INSPUR raw materials, a Safety-Health-Environmental profile, the personal protection requirements for machine operators, and a plant installation, setup and utilization report.
