A design of an IT solution for a common core system for asset management, including a set of guidelines for the deployment of an asset management information system. The BBP will include: - Description of Functional key requirements for an asset information management system - Architectural system design - List of possiblesystem use cases - Logical Data organization

Whole Life Cost and Risk Based models for Roads Asset Management
Series of stakeholder engagement visits and Tech transfer visits

Series of stakeholder engagement visits and Tech transfer visits. Visits are planned in M12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24. A thorough understanding of activities being implemented in the project partners’ organisation as well as the living labs. National road authorities learn about implementation processes, and technical aspects in detail at the living lab.

Asset Data dictionary

The asset data dictionary will take into account AM best practices among NIAs, including a set of guidelines to standardise the updating process of asset data and information. The asset data dictionary will contain: - a list of common asset items name related to road network infrastructure - asset data full description - asset data owner - key attributes related to assets items - a classification / grouping of asset data in macro categories.

Living lab for three real life situations (cross-asset, cross network, cross border)
Case Examples of good practice for applying whole life cost and risk based approaches at strategic, tactical and operational levels.
Replication Assessments for each stakeholder
Framework for adopting whole life and risk based approach in Europe
