Objetivo The aim of this project is to determine a technical and economic means of avoiding and/or decompositing dioxins that might be produced in a scrap based steel works, with particular attention being paid to the precise origins, both physical and process linked, of any dioxins so that further action to be undertaken may be precisely identified.
