Objetivo

To prevent wear and blocking-up of continuous casting nozzles, it is proposed to define and optimise refractories by comparison of new and worn products in the casting of stainless steels. The work will be carried out in collaboration with a refractory laboratory (Refractec) and a steels works laboratory (Ugine).
