Objective
Production capacity and production costs are determined by the control parameters and the state of the production installation. A vast quality control plan is proposed that governs the complete operation of an industrial installation including monitoring of the operation, fault diagnosis and efficient and rapid repair. Correlations will be established between the state of the installation the efficiency of the monitoring and product quality. These expert systems should enable a constant and high product quality to be maintained at lower cost.
