Objective
Prediction of the metal flow during rolling is essential for the quality of the products obtained. The research is aimed at improving existing models with a view to developing their field of application an enabling them to be used by unskilled staff. The ultimate objective is to automate the processes. The models will be verified on experimental rolling mills.
