Objective

This project intends to use a highly focused incident laser beam, and to make continuous measurements of the microscopic cross-section of steel sheet for the automobile industry (mean rugosity and number of peaks). The ad-hoc use of prisms will create a multiplier effect to provide the sensor with greater sensitivity.
