Objetivo

The aim is to develop, on the basis of an existing device, a system for the continuous measurement of microhardness, which is reliable and able to detect small differences in hardness over small distances (/ 40 microns). The method is based upon the measurement of the depth of a groove formed on the surface of the strip.
