Objective
The primary objective of the project is to demonstrate the technical and economic viability of steel jacket structures for shallow water application. This will be achieved through technical and computer based feasibility studies relating to design, fabrication, installation and commissioning, cost and schedule. The work should contribute to strengthening the position of steel in this area of application in the face of competition from the concrete substructures.
