Objective

The aim of the project is the optimisation of the arc welding conditions by robots for coated sheets. Account will have to be taken of the welding fumes in order to establish the minimum conditions for their collection. The first part will be confined to industrial assemblies to define the robots welding procedures by means of static fatigue and corrosion tests. In the second part, variations in the coating (chemical composition and treatment) will be studied.
