Objective The aim of the research is to study the influence of pure hydrogen on gas-metal reactions and on the surface properties of annealed steels covering both black plate and deep-drawing quality sheet. The influence of the content of hydrogen on surface cleanliness and on the phenomena of surface segregation and enrichment of alloying elements will be investigated.
