Influence of segregation on hydrogen cracking in structural steels

Objective

The aim of the work is to examine the contribution of segregation band composition, the effect of structure due to composition and heat treatment and the effect of inclusion shape and distribution on the sensitivity to hydrogen cracking. The work will define safe hydrogen levels for a variety of conditions.
