Objective

The purpose is to develop metallic foils by four new ways in order to reduce costs and to compete with ceramic supports. The basic FeCrAl competition plus additions of rare earths will be optimised in terms of additions contents, solidification process and Cr and Al content. An aluminised 17% Cr stainless steel will also be considered.
