Objective
This project aims at the characterisation of the corrosive environment in different parts of the wet cleaning systems in waste incineration and in fossil fuel plants. Application ranges of stainless steel in these environments will be defined. Through quantification of factors influencing the corrosion behaviour, knowledge will be added to the field of sew point corrosion. This will enable the use of stainless steels in different parts of the cleaning systems in question.
