Application of weathering steels in steel frame and bridge construction

Objective

This study has two goals. The first is to collect and to collate data and experimental results concerning the use and application of weathering steels in the old and the new "Länder" in Germany. The second is to compare the results obtained from the first step with experiments carried out with weathering steels on an European level. The result of this comparison should allow a precise research project on weathering steels to be defined.
