Objective
This research combines general experiments in the way of simulation tests on high-temperature steel and mild steel products in order to define rationally the necessary material specifications and to ensure that they are effectively taken into consideration in design codes. It should help to improve the competitiveness of steel construction and to promote high-quality steels produced by the European Community.
