2nd ELFM Seminar in the European Parliament [Important remark about this deliverable, cf. email communication between PT Jones and C Souto-Enriquez, PO REA EC, 10-6-2016: the goal is to organize this Seminar together with HILDE VAUTMANS (ALDE fraction EP) whom we are in continuous contact with since the first EP Seminar (20-10-2016). However, to organize such an event in the EP, HILDE VAUTMANS also needs to get the green light from some specific EP institutions. As the organisation of the event is ultimately dependent on the approval of the EP, this deliverable is not completely in our hands. This is in contrast with the organization of the other NEW_MINE conferences and the NEW-MINE Winter School where we have full control.]
