Defenses of theses and awarding of joint/double degrees (opens in new window)

It is expected that the ESRs by month 48 have completed and defended the doctoral thesis or at least are close to the defense date Allowing ESRs to complete a high quality theses in time is the highest priority of all beneficiaries Since the speed of progress of individual research work cannot be perfectly predicted delays of individual ESRs can however not be ruled out completely
