BIM implementation for energy, seismic and user oriented design

Report containing the integrated BIM system to minimize construction time and optimise the energy, the seismic, and the tailored solutions of selected technologies.

Report on Structural and Seismic retrofit techniques and projects

Report including information and available data on structures’ details, and materials, renovation measures, pre and post usage, etc. based on a selection of 3-5 case studies of on-going or finished renovation projects for each participant country. The report includes finding considerations, which need to be taken into account in the planning for the renovation

Report on the executive implementation of mock-ups

Report on the executive implementation of two mock-ups (timber-framed mock-up for GETs realized by TUM and the aluminium structure based demonstrator by ALIVA and Bloomfield, in collaboration with UniBO.

Report containing the detailed business plan implementation of the GET system in the ESCO-Construction scenario

Report containing the detailed business plan for the large scale implementation of the GET system in the ESCO-Construction scenario, with particular reference to the implementation and construction of the remaining two case studies and select other potential case studies.

Report on the performance of selective applied measures by using smart meter tools

Report on the performance of selective applied measures by using smart meter tools and evaluate the overall performance in the selected site constructions (Athens and Groningen) and in feasibility studies (Reggio Emilia and Brasov).

Sheets on technical data on the three case studies -ACERRE, Peristeri, Brasov-

Sheets containing all the necessary input data on the case studies. These data include: the structural and technical data, plan of the site, internal plans, elevations and cross sections of the buildings, etc.; the building program for the buildings in which the proposed system will be implemented, including the spaces in the buildings, climatic and energy parameters in the three different cases to facilitate the cost-optimal design.

Report on the monitoring protocols and evaluation of the 1st monitoring period (preconstruction)

Report on the already existing monitoring protocols, both at EU and international level. Based on the appropriate protocol selection the monitoring parameters will be set and the results of these parameters’ performances will be presented, in the preconstruction phase. Their performance will be recorded, evaluated and assessed for 15 months.

Parametric modelling for large scale surveys in different case studies

Report on the assessment of buildings by means of structural modelling, using high-end parametric calculation solutions that can make pushover analyses and nonlinear time history analyses.
