Deliverables

Requirements and drivers of EENSULATE module

The deliverable will collect the results from Task 1.1 about standards and regulations requirements and Task 1.2 about market analysis outcomes.

IPR manual

Pre-existing knowledge definition, mapping of existing patents, potentially overlapping IPR, assessment of the project results and its IPR, optimal IPR protection options, recommendations.

EENSULATE Foam characterisation and durability

Report on the EENSULATE Foam material characterisation and durability assessment. The deliverable will collect all the main EENSULATE Foam properties.

Installation at demo sites

This document will include the detailed constructive design of the retrofitting for the demo buildings.

Initial Exploitation Plan

Identification of the key exploitable results, exploitation forms to take, conditions enabling exploitation of the results, competition, risk analysis, potential obstacles to future exploitation of project’s results. Appropriate quantitative indicators to assess the cost reduction will be included in the Exploitation Plan.

Communication and Dissemination Plan

Dissemination and Communication Plan will identify roles and responsibilities of partners and outline the target audiences, key messages, communication channels, tools and timelines allowing a holistic exploitation of project results.

Concept design of EENSULATE module

The deliverable collects the first results from Tasks 1.3, 1.4 and 1.5 and drafts a set of target solutions for the EENSULATE module as indicators for WP2 and WP3.

Report on Training activities

Report describing training activities within the project.

Retrofit process application at the individual testing sites

This document will include the detailed constructive design of the retrofitting for the demo buildings.

Evaluation of sustainability and replicability

This deliverable will contain the results coming out from LCA and LCC analysis, including validation report of lowered embodied energy and effectiveness of the proposed solutions to reach an increased rate of renovation.

Development of installation, commissioning and maintenance guidelines

This document will include guidelines for design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of the EENSULATE components.

Prototypes characterization and durability testing

This report include details about the results coming out from the prototype characterization as well as the durability tests carried out in Task 3.6. In the framework of this deliverable, the small size (300 x 300 mm) optimized ‘Premium eensulate prototype incorporating thermotunable coatings for complete characterizations will be delivered.

Outcomes of testing activities

This report, summarizing the results of Task 4.4, will include details about the performed tests and the identified upgrades to be implemented in the EENSULATE facade system to fix the weak points improving the final product.

Promo material creation

Communication toolkit: Project presentation, brochure, roll-up poster, e-newsletter design

Website creation

Website will be designed for both private and public access, hosted by FENIX. Regular update and maintenance every month.

Policy workshops and awareness campaign

Report assessing policy workshops organization and awareness campaign success.

Prototypes for testing in relevant environment

Report summarizing the results of Task 4.2 about the manufacturing of the full scale prototypes according to the specifications.
