Deliverable 4.1 will describe the full list of requirements per trainer type for each training type. The expected changes in trainer competences – in short, medium and long-term future, as well as the expected changes regarding teaching resources and modalities will also be considered.
Proposed future training curricula and courses for the Transport sectorDeliverable 3.1 will describe and propose future training curricula and courses for the Transport sector. An updated version of this Deliverable will be provided on Month 15.
Data management planDeliverable 5.2 will be the Data Management Plan of the Project and will define the data and metadata that will be publicly available and the respective embargo periods. Therefore, the data gathered during the lifetime of the project will be available to be used/combined/compared with datasets from other training courses or added to a larger European vocational database targeting other professions affected by the outcomes and products of innovation thinking, research and development across Europe. Two former versions of the Deliverable will be ready on Months 12 & 24, while the final version will be ready on Month 36.
Best practices, application guidelines and policyIn Deliverable 5.4 the best practices and recommendations for establishing joint training schemes and programmes in the transport sector will be described.
Dissemination and standardization planIn Deliverable 6.1 the dissemination strategy plan for SKILLFUL will be defined and described in details. This Deliverable will have its first version on Month 6, will be updated on Month 13 and finalised on Month 25.
Advisory Board and Stakeholders Reference Group actions reportDeliverable 7.3 will describe the set-up and responsibilities of the Project's Advisory Board and Stakeholders Reference Group. This Deliverable will have its first version on Month 13, will be updated on Month 25 and finalised on Month 36.
Dissemination activities and Exploitation PlansDeliverable 6.4 will describe the exploitation strategy that will be developed which will satisfy Partners’ aims and interests, in accordance with their IPRs and the project’s overall IPR strategy. This strategy will identify the required actions and timeframes, to lead to sustainable exploitation plans.
Pilot plansDeliverable 5.1 consists the Pilot Plans of the project and will describe the adopted framework and the detailed plans to be carried out at each pilot site.
Risk assessment and SWOTDeliverable 4.3 will describe the risk assessment of the proposed training schemes not be successful in the market, because of legal, organizational, ethical, stakeholder acceptance or simple technological implementation barriers. A first version of this Deliverable will be ready on Month 18 and the final version will be ready on Month 31.
Best practices on current and emerging training schemes, methodologies and tools in the Transport sector and mapping to future training requirements and scenariosDeliverable 2.1 wuill describe the best practices on training models used or planned today by countries and/or industries, best practices on emerging training schemes and methods that may be applicable for the transportation sector, with emphasis on blended training methodologies, as well as best practices on training tools and technologies. In the context of this Deliverable, mapping will be done to future training requirements and scenarios which will provide the necessary basis for proposing new –integrated- training curricula, tools and methods. An updated version of this Deliverable will be provided on Month 12.
Project logo, leaflets and postersIn Deliverable 6.3 the dissemination procedure of creating the project's logo, leaflets and posters will be described.
Future scenarios on skills and competences required by the Transport sector in the short, mid and long-termThis Deliverable will identify and describe the future scenarios on prioritised skills and competences, as well as gaps in the current and foreseen levels by the Transport sector at the short, mid and long-term. An updated version of this Deliverable will be provided on Month 9.
Ethics and Privacy Protection ManualDeliverable 7.2 will include the guiding principles and the main procedures regarding privacy, data protection, security, legal issues and ethical challenges. The manual will be drafted in consultation with the project’s Ethics Board (composed of three external members, the Coordinator, Technical and Ethics Managers)
Individualization schemes of training programsIn Deliverable 3.7 the individualization schemes will be described regarding the new training programs and courses, in order for competences and qualifications of the workforce to be taken under consideration.
Pilot results consolidation and impact assessmentDeliverable 5.3 will include the consolidated results of the Project's Pilots, as well as the main expected impacts of the proposed/tested training schemes, will be defined.
New business rules and scenarios for training in the Transportation sectorDeliverable 4.2 will describe the minimum requirements of trainees, compared to the current minimum requirements of the relevant working groups and highlighting the expected additional needs in the future. Relevant requirements will be detailed and, whenever possible, qualified and prioritized.
Through Deliverable 6.2 a user-friendly web site will be developed of the project, presenting initially the project concept and plans, following the W3C accessibility guidelines.
