Elimination of manual handling

Objective

1) Collaboration with users with a view to drawing up specifications.

2) Study of the specifications in collaboration with the engineering company and submission of plan to SOLMER.

3) Examination of plans by SOLMER and discussions with users with a view to any requisite modifications.

4) Discussions with the engineering company on proposed modifications.

5) We are currently in a contractual phase for the implementation and follow-up of part of the project (ie the loading workstation).

6) Measuring and control techniques and criteria to be observed during the work
Compliance with specifications and deadlines.

7) Reception testing

Tests to be carried out on:
- prehensile power (for gripping samples)
- safety
- displacement speed
- positioning
- automated systems
- thickness measuring
- cut sample gripping system.
