The roadmap for the implementation of a structured approach for fostering raw materials initiatives will first synthesise the results and draw main recommendations from the previous work packages This includes 1 a set of key actions to advance towards more common approaches and solutions containing concrete steps and timelines towards improving existing activities and if necessary and relevant create a new activity in particular setting up a WFRM 2 identify and specify membership criteria role of members and organisers of the WFRM incl code of conducts procedures for proper supervision control and informationflows and intellectual property rights and 3 a business plan with tentative annual minimum and optimal budgets and suggestions for a sustainably financing of a WFRM in the future
Dissemination and exploitation planThis strategy aims at maintaining awareness of FORAM, informing on achievement of milestones and on any potential issues of interest, and promoting exchange of ideas on both the level of all stakeholders involved and to broader stakeholder community institutions and organisations.

Vision documentThis Vision document will reflect core values of the main stakeholders identified in the FORAM project, and help orient strategic decisions and plans. It will contain a mechanism able to systematically monitor global supply and trade trends related to raw materials in order to update the agenda of the FORAM platform.

In addition it will identify strategic assets and capabilities needed to reinforce or build up competitive advantages and outline organisational structures.
